We accept online payments in US dollars or Lebanese pounds using cash, Visa, and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Product Availability

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include Lebanese VAT. Any changes in the VAT rate will be reflected in the product prices on the website. Egswytnm may amend the prices displayed on the website at any time. The prices shown do not include shipping costs. Orders shipped outside of Lebanon are not subject to Lebanese VAT. The prices displayed on the website for such orders are duty-free and therefore do not include VAT. However, these orders may be subject to taxes and duties in the destination country. Egswytnm is not responsible for any taxes and duties that may be incurred in the destination country.

Liability

Egswytnm assumes no responsibility for the laws of the country to which the products are delivered. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (including disputes, claims, or disputes arising out of or in connection with any non-contractual obligations hereunder) shall be referred to the respective officials of the parties for resolution. If any dispute remains unresolved 21 days after submission to the officials, it shall be finally settled by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Rules of Mediation and Arbitration of the Beirut and Mount Lebanon Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The place or legal venue of arbitration shall be Beirut. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award shall be final and binding, and the parties hereby waive any right to appeal against the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for any matter relating to intellectual property rights.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

For orders shipped within Lebanon, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Egswytnm offers free returns. You may return your purchase to us (e.g., by UPS/Aramex/any other courier for pickup or handling) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see the "Return Instructions" below for more details. We will refund your purchase in the form of Egswytnm store credit, valid for one year toward future purchases on our website or in-store. Egswytnm does not offer cash refunds.

If the return is completed within 30 days and the return request is approved by Egswytnm, Egswytnm will cover the return shipping costs. After 30 days, no items are returnable.

Please note that all items must be in their original packaging and unused or damaged to be eligible for return. Orders received after 30 days will not be accepted. Returned garments that have been washed or worn will be refused. If you order and request a return, and the item is found damaged, you will be responsible for all shipping and return costs associated with the item and will not receive a store credit.

Please note that some of our items are final sale items.

Non-Returnable Items

International Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the item to us. We will refund you an Egswytnm store credit, valid for one year toward future purchases on our website or in-store. Gift Return Policy

If you return an item you received as a gift, we will refund you in the form of an Egswytnm store credit, which can be used toward future purchases on our website or in-store, valid for one year. The gift recipient may request a return within 30 days of purchase by contacting Egswytnm using the Egswytnm contact information provided on the delivery receipt. If the return is accepted according to the return conditions above, the credit will be credited to the gift recipient's Egswytnm account. If the gift recipient does not have an Egswytnm account, they will need to create one.

Exchanges

To exchange your product, please see the details above. Egswytnm will consider the exchange a return and provide you with an Egswytnm store credit, which you can use to place a new order online for the replacement product. Egswytnm offers free shipping for returns within Lebanon, but the gift recipient is responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.

Egswytnm Store Credit

Refunds will be issued in the form of Egswytnm store credit. Egswytnm store credit will be issued after the Egswytnm store receives, inspects, and verifies that your returned merchandise is correct.

Unless otherwise stated, special online promotional codes are valid for online purchases only. Limit one use per customer. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and cannot be redeemed for gift cards, special discounts, or previous purchases. Gift Cards

Egswytnm gift cards can be used like cash, online or in-store.

To use gift cards, you must have or create a free Egswytnm account. Egswytnm gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded for cash, or used to purchase other gift cards.

After redemption, any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.

Egswytnm is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen Egswytnm gift cards, or for use by third parties without the cardholder's permission.

Promotional codes and other discounts cannot be used to purchase Egswytnm gift cards.

Egswytnm gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Duplicate Return Policy

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience more convenient. However, we monitor the number of returns and may, at our sole discretion, refuse to accept an order in the event of duplicate returns.

Please email Support@egswytnm.shop and include your order number and the item you wish to return. Please provide your phone number so we can contact you for more information. If the item was a gift, please let us know.

Once we receive your email and your return request is approved, we will email you a return label and return ID.

Please enter your return ID in the form provided and include it with your return.

Please print the return label, attach it to your shipping container, and then take it to the nearest UPS/Aramex/TNT/DHL or other courier. You can also schedule a pickup with any courier.

Shipping within Lebanon

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Lebanon. Free standard shipping is automatically eligible for every order within Lebanon totaling over $100. The qualifying purchase amount is calculated after deducting any applicable discounts. Egswytnm is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

International Shipping

Egswytnm does not offer free shipping outside of Lebanon. For more information about international shipping and returns, please email Support@egswytnm.shop.

Orders may be subject to taxes and duties in the destination country. Egswytnm is not responsible for these taxes and duties. Buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred in the destination country.

Gift Wrapping

egswytnm offers free gift wrapping for non-bulky items, such as clothing and accessories, small toys, and decorative items. Large or bulky items are not eligible for formal gift wrapping.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect all items upon delivery for completeness. egswytnm kindly reminds customers to inspect the package in the presence of the delivery driver and notify the carrier and egswytnm of any unusual conditions (such as bumps, scratches, or damage). If the item is intact, the customer must sign the delivery receipt to confirm that the item has arrived intact. Signing the delivery receipt constitutes acceptance of the item, and no complaints regarding the condition of the package will be entertained.
