Return Policy
For orders shipped within the United States, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, Egswytnm offers free returns. You may return your purchase to us (e.g., UPS/Aramex/any other courier for pickup or handling) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see the "Return Instructions" below for more details. We will refund your purchase in the form of a SMOL store credit, valid for one year toward future purchases on our website or in-store. Egswytnm does not offer cash refunds.
If the return is made within 30 days and the return request is approved by Egswytnm, Egswytnm will cover the return shipping costs. After 30 days, no items can be returned.
Please note that all items must be in their original packaging and unused or damaged to be accepted for return. Orders older than 30 days will not be accepted. Returned items that have been washed or worn will be rejected. If you order and request a return for an item that is found damaged, you will be responsible for all shipping and return fees associated with the item and will not receive a store credit.
Please note that some of our items are final sale items.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
Special sale items;
Breast pumps and potty training items;
Underwear;
Personalized products or items made to your specifications;
Exclusive collaborations;
Furniture and bulky items;
Pre-assembled items;
Special promotions and giveaways;
Items missing price tags, labels, original packaging, and any other accessories.
International Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the item to us. We will refund you an Egswytnm store credit, valid for one year toward future purchases on our website or in-store. Egswytnm does not offer free shipping on returns outside the United States. For more information about international returns, please email Support@egswytnm.shop.
Gift Return Policy
If you return an item you received as a gift, we will refund you in the form of Egswytnm store credit, which can be used towards future purchases on our website or in-store, valid for one year. The gift recipient may request a return within 30 days of purchase by contacting Egswytnm using the Egswytnm contact information provided on the delivery receipt. If the return is accepted according to the return conditions above, the amount will be credited to the gift recipient's Egswytnm account. If the gift recipient does not have an Egswytnm account, they will need to create one.
Exchanges
To exchange your product, please see the details above. Egswytnm will consider the exchange a return and provide you with an Egswytnm store credit, which you can use to place a new order online for the replacement product. Egswytnm offers free shipping for returns within Lebanon, but the new purchase is responsible for the shipping costs.
SMOL Store Credits
Refunds will be issued in the form of Egswytnm store credits. Once the Egswytnm store receives and inspects your returned merchandise and verifies it is correct, an Egswytnm store credit will be issued.

Special Online Promotional Codes
Unless otherwise stated, special online promotional codes are valid for online purchases only. Each customer is limited to one use of this offer. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and cannot be redeemed for gift cards, special discounts, or previous purchases. This offer is valid only for merchandise and cannot be applied toward shipping, handling, taxes, and related fees, nor can it be redeemed for cash. Customers must enter the code at checkout to redeem this offer. Offers are subject to change without notice.
Duplicate Return Policy
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience more convenient. However, we monitor the number of returns and may, at our sole discretion, decline an order in the event of duplicate returns.

Please email Support@egswytnm.shop and include your order number and the item you wish to return. Please provide your phone number so we can contact you for more information. If the item was a gift, please let us know.
Once we receive your email and your return request is approved, we will email you a return label and return ID.
Please enter your return ID in the form provided and include it with your return.
Please print the return label, attach it to your shipping container, and then take it to the nearest UPS/Aramex/TNT/DHL or other courier. You can also schedule a pickup with any courier.
