Free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the US. Free standard shipping is automatically eligible for all orders within the US totaling over $100. The qualifying purchase amount is calculated after deducting any applicable discounts. Egswytnm is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
International Shipping
Taxes and customs fees may apply to your order upon arrival at the destination country. Due to varying customs regulations, we have no control over the specific amounts and cannot estimate these charges. These charges must be borne by the recipient.

Gift Wrapping
Egswytnm offers free gift wrapping for smaller items, such as clothing and accessories, small toys, and decorative items. Large or bulky items are not eligible for formal gift wrapping.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect all items upon delivery for completeness. Egswytnm kindly reminds customers to inspect the package in the presence of the delivery driver and notify the carrier and Egswytnm of any unusual conditions (such as bumps, scratches, or damage). If the item is intact, the customer must sign the delivery receipt to confirm that the item has arrived intact. Signing the delivery receipt constitutes acceptance of the item, and any complaints regarding the condition of the package will not be entertained.
